If your dispute involves an account on your credit report that is not yours, Central Collection Bureau may be able to help. You will need to provide us a copy of your credit report either by email or fax (317-887-4291 or toll free 800-795-4291).
If you send your credit report by email, send it to: inquiry@ccbinc.net. Be sure to identify which account you are disputing and why. A representative of Central Collection Bureau will acknowledge receipt and investigate your complaint.
- If it is determined that your dispute is valid, we will notify the credit bureaus and contact you with our findings.
- If it is determined that the account is legally yours, we will contact you with an explanation.
