Protecting Sensitive Credit and Personal Information

Central Collection Bureau takes protection of sensitive credit and personal information very seriously. We store and process personal identifiable debtor information obtained from our clients on our computers. We protect that information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with US federal and state regulations. Our servers are protected with firewall and data encryption. Physical access is enforced by locked passage via a steel door to our server room. Our building is protected with motion and intrusion alarms.

Central Collection Bureau employees receive rigorous training on proper handling and safeguarding data.
